1. Who we are and eligibility
AlZauj.com is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], a [STATE] limited liability company. You must be 18 or older, Muslim, genuinely seeking nikah, and legally free to marry where you live. Each candidate may have one personal profile.
A parent, sibling, relative or guardian may prepare a profile only with the candidate’s confirmed consent and remains responsible for its accuracy.
2. Credits and contact requests
Registration is free. Welcome credits expire after 30 days. Weekly credits are issued each Monday at 00:00 New York time and expire the following Monday. Visit and streak bonuses may also apply. Purchased credits are one-off, never expire, and do not create a subscription or auto-renewal.
Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Contact credits are held when a request is sent, charged only when accepted, and returned when declined or unanswered after seven days. Current prices and future action costs appear on the Pricing page.
3. Conduct, Walis and safety
Members must follow the Community Guidelines, never request money, and share contact details only through the platform’s sharing tools. A permitted Wali may read or participate according to the member’s chosen access, which the member can revoke.
Profiles undergo identity verification and manual review. These measures reduce risk but cannot remove it, and we do not conduct criminal background checks.
4. Ending use and liability
You may request account deletion. We may refuse, suspend or remove profiles that breach these terms or threaten safety. Members remain responsible for meetings and off-platform contact.
