1. Unused packs and errors
A credit pack is eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if none of that pack’s credits have been used. Duplicate charges and failed credit delivery are always refunded. Held credits return automatically and require no request; free credits have no cash value.
2. Immediate access
Checkout will require agreement to make credits available immediately and acknowledge that the 14-day cancellation right for a pack ends once any credits from it are used.
3. Suspensions and deletion
Unused purchased credits may be forfeited after a suspension or ban for breach, except where local law requires a refund. Before account deletion, we will show any refundable packs and offer a refund first.
4. Requesting a refund
Email [SUPPORT EMAIL] with your receipt. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 14 days. Apple Pay and Google Pay refunds return to the underlying card. Please contact us before a chargeback; disputed accounts may be paused while investigated.
